R.I.P Chase Ryan Olsen

A boy named Chase Ryan Olsen died the night of November 24th, 2009 from a rare cancer. He was 9 years old... he went to the school my mom works at...

*sigh* I don't even know why I'm making a journal of this... no ones going to read it... but I just feel obligated, ya'know? I go to school with his sisters. I don't know if I know them, I might, I might not... but I didn't know him. My friends did and my mom did. But me? No... I only learned of his cancer beause in Journalism someone did a story on a fundraiser for him at my Mom's school.

When my mom told me he had died... I dunno... I burst into tears... even now I'm tearing up. I had been really hoping he'd live... I-I dunno I just... It's a shock... things like this haven't happened. The last thing I can remember, that wasn't a car crash, was when I was in 5th grade and a 7th grade died from Carbon Dioxide... I don't remember to well...

I didn't even know the boy but... I just gotta... even on my Fanfiction profile I did a little "In Memory" thing... *shrug* I just... I feel like I gotta... keep him living...

We had all been hoping... The Wrestling team shaved their heads for him... It's just so... It's such a shame...
